Lucuma Powder

The dried, powdered flesh of the Lucuma fruit is said to help control blood sugar levels, and is rich in vitamins and minerals. It contains high levels of iron and helps with hemoglobin production. Lucuma powder has a sweet, maple-like flavour, and is nutritionally rich, adding both health benefits and sweetness to any meal. It can be used as a low-glycemic sweetener in baking, ice creams, and dessert.
